Waste Management and Remediation

Haul it out. Wash it down.

Scrap It Ups clears out what you no longer want and washes the grime off what stays. Two services, one call, and a space that looks like somebody cared about it.

01 Junk Removal
02 Pressure Washing

The two things we do

One takes it away.
One takes it off.

Junk Removal

Old furniture, torn-out fixtures, yard piles, garage clutter, the stuff that has been sitting there so long you stopped seeing it. We load it up and carry it off, and we sweep behind ourselves before we go.

  • Household cleanouts
  • Yard and garage hauling
  • Renovation debris
  • Single item pickups

Pressure Washing

Concrete goes gray, siding goes green, and a driveway can hide years of buildup under a film nobody notices until it is gone. We bring the water pressure and the patience to work a surface until it comes back.

  • Driveways and walkways
  • Siding and exterior walls
  • Decks and patios
  • Post-cleanout surface wash

Purpose

Our purpose is to create good, clean environments.

That sentence is the whole business. A cluttered lot, a stained driveway, a garage nobody can walk through anymore. These things weigh on a place, and on the person living with them. Clearing them out changes how a space feels to come home to.

So we treat the small jobs the way we treat the big ones. Waste management and remediation sounds technical, but on the ground it is simple work done carefully: take away what does not belong, clean what is left, and leave the property better than we found it.

Standards

Three things we hold to.

Every job runs against the same short list. It is not complicated, and that is the point.

Leadership

Somebody is accountable for how the job goes. Decisions get made on site instead of getting passed around, and the person leading the work carries the standard with them.

Honesty

We tell you what the job actually involves before we start it. If something turns out to be bigger than it looked, you hear that from us early, not at the end.

Respect

Your property is not a worksite to us, it is your place. We watch where we walk, protect what stays, and leave the ground swept when the truck pulls off.

How it goes

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. Look at it

We see the pile or the surface before we quote it. Guessing from a description is how people end up surprised, so we would rather lay eyes on the job.

  2. Set the plan

You hear what it takes, what it costs, and how long we expect to be there. Nothing starts until that part is settled.

  3. Clear and clean

Hauling first, washing second when a job calls for both. Doing it in that order means the surface gets cleaned once, after everything sitting on it is gone.

  4. Walk it with you

Before we load up, we go over the space together. If something got missed, we handle it right then.

The owner

James Dove built this on purpose.

Scrap It Ups is James Dove's company, and it runs the way he wants his name to be spoken about. He started it around a plain idea: that a clean space is worth something to the person standing in it, and that somebody has to be willing to do the hauling and the scrubbing to get there.

Junk removal and pressure washing sit next to each other for a reason. Most properties need both at some point, and usually in that order. Handling the two together means one point of contact, one conversation, and one trip instead of two.

Leadership, honesty, and respect are the three words he put on paper when he described what this company stands for. They are not decoration. They are the measure he holds the work against.

Looking ahead

The long game.

Every clean lot and every washed driveway is a day of work that adds up to something bigger than the job itself.

To create longevity for my family.
James Dove, owner of Scrap It Ups

Ready when you are

Some of it hauls off. The rest washes clean.

If there is a pile that needs to go, or a surface that has not looked right in years, that is the work Scrap It Ups does. Bring us the job and we will tell you honestly what it takes.
